India posted its biggest ever ODI win over West Indies with 105 runs in West Indies.
After the delay due to rain, match was reduced to 43 overs per side. With West Indies winning the toss and opting to bowl first, India scored 310/5 with century from Rahane 103 (10-4s, 2-6s) and half centuries each from Dhawan and Kohli scoring 63 and 87 respectively. The Indian openers made a strong foundation with 114 for first wicket before Dhawan departing and later Rahane made 97 partnership with kohli.
Ashley nurse bowled well with 38/1 with economy 4.22 and Alzarri joseph took 2 wickets for 73.
Responding to Indian score West Indies did not really do well from the beginning. Shai Hope scored 81 runs (5-4s,3-6s) and Jason holder scored 29 runs for west indies. Bhuvneshwar bowled well with 2/9 with economy of 1.80 for 5 overs and kuldeep yadav who marked his debut for team India came up with brilliant 3/50 from 9 overs with an economy of 5.5.
The man of the match was awarded to Ajinkya Rahane for his fine century of 103.
