Be that great example in front of your employees, if you show passion and enthusiasm towards your work, they would join you in.
Planning ahead of time: Every Project team runs on business planning. But sometimes the work does not go by the planning due to difficult situations (Global Pandemic, Natural Disaster/Sudden political scenario). That is why all the startup companies must have a plan B to face such a situation. It’s called planning ahead of time. Also, include your employees in the planning session. The employees will feel valued and they can suggest some genuine ideas for your business plan.

It’s suggested you should assist team members if they are tasked with something that requires resources. You should also ensure that senior management about the costs of the requirements to maintain the budget of the company.
Communicate with everyone: Communication is the real work of leadership. It’s a fundamental element of how leaders accomplish their goals every day. As an effective leader, you are going to have to engage people at all levels of business and ensure that they understand exactly what is needed of them. A good communicator can get a message across and diffuse any ambiguity. People will come away understanding the message and be ready to follow your lead.
